Hush goes live in

October 27, 2026

Who is Hush?

Hush is a telekinetic agent: she moves weapons, the Spike and even the enemies themselves with her mind. Her passive, Telekinesis, lets her pick up a dropped gun or the Spike, and open doors, from far outside normal interaction range.

She has long white hair with pink and purple undertones, a blunt hime cut and pink eyes that glow when her powers are active. Her design leans on hard geometry — floating pink shards, a black outfit, a neon-lit Guangdong alley at night.

She is the third Valorant agent from China, after Sage and Iso, and the second new agent of 2026 after the Controller Miks. If you are looking for hush agent valorant specifics rather than the general roster, this page and the new agent reveal page cover the same ground from different angles.

Hush release date and unlock options

Hush goes live on October 27, 2026, arriving with Season 26, Act VI. Riot has confirmed full global availability across all regions on that date; some regions have historically taken one extra day to roll out, so treat October 28 as the safe latest date in Oceania and Southeast Asia.

You have four ways to get her:

  • Recruitment event (free). Earn XP on the Act VI battle pass during her recruitment event and unlock Hush at no cost. This is the only route that costs you nothing but playtime.
  • 1,000 VP. Buy her outright from the agent store once the recruitment event ends.
  • 10,000 Kingdom Credits. Use the currency you earn from daily play.
  • Xbox Game Pass link. Link an active Xbox Game Pass account to your Riot account and Hush is granted automatically alongside the Game Pass agent selection.
  • The exact XP requirement has not been published by Riot at the time of writing — we update this page as soon as it is confirmed.

Hush abilities at a glance

Hush carries five abilities. Two of them share the same unusual control scheme: you can throw them straight away, or you can hold them, steer them with your crosshair and then detonate on your terms. Nothing else in Valorant gives you that much mid-flight control over a flash and a pull.

AbilityKeyWhat it does
TelekinesisPassiveInteract with weapons, the Spike and map switches from an extended range. The cooldown runs roughly 30 seconds per pickup.
FlowCInstantly create an anchor in space, then propel yourself to it after a short delay. Used in the air, you hover in place before launching. This is her entry dash.
FlashbulbQA flash grenade. Left-click throws it; right-click readies it so you can guide it toward your crosshair. It blinds every player looking at it, on impact or after its fuse.
DisplacementE (Signature)A crosshair-guided pull. On detonation it drags players to the centre and concusses anyone who collides with a surface or another player. Refreshes every two kills.
SuspensionX (Ultimate)Send an orb forward, steering it with your crosshair like a drone. Detonate it to lift every player in the area into the air, unable to shoot.

Why Hush plays differently from other Duelists

Jett and Neon win fights with raw speed. Hush does not. Her mobility is a setup tool: you place the Flow anchor where you want to land, not where you happen to be looking. Her flash and her pull are not fire-and-forget either — you are steering them, which means you are committing your crosshair to a second job while your teammates take the first shot.

That is the trade: a higher floor of execution for a much higher ceiling of control. Riot’s own framing was that there is "a lot of room to make Hush feel like your own". Two players running the same site with Hush can produce completely different results.

One important correction to the pre-reveal leaks: Hush cannot copy an ally’s ability, and her Ultimate does not change between attack and defence. Neither rumour survived the official reveal. The kit above is the confirmed version.

Is Hush worth unlocking?

If you play Initiator-adjacent Duelist like Breach or Skye and you enjoy setting up your team rather than isolated 1v1s, Hush is the most interesting addition to the role in years. Her Displacement creates pulls that no other agent can replicate, and Telekinesis turns eco rounds and post-plant retakes into something you can actually run.

If you rely on a hero ability with no setup — Jett’s dash, Neon’s sprint — Hush will feel slower on day one, because both her flash and her pull reward you for preparing them first. Expect a two to three week adaptation period in ranked.

Community reaction on reveal day was split in a predictable way: high skill ceiling, potentially meta-defining Ultimate, and a dash whose value depends entirely on how telegraphed it is. That last point is the thing to watch after she ships.

Frequently asked questions

When is Hush coming to Valorant?
Hush releases on October 27, 2026 with Season 26, Act VI, in all regions. Some regions may take until October 28 for the store and agent select to update.
Is Hush free?
Yes, if you finish her recruitment event by earning XP during Act VI. After the event ends she costs 1,000 VP, or 10,000 Kingdom Credits, or a linked Xbox Game Pass subscription.
What role is Hush?
Duelist. She is the ninth Duelist in the game and the 30th agent overall.
Can Hush take weapons from enemies with her mind?
No. Her passive picks up weapons that are already on the ground, plus the Spike and map switches. She cannot pull a gun out of an enemy’s hands.
Does Hush have two Ultimates?
No. That was a pre-reveal leak and it is false. Hush has a single Ultimate, Suspension, and a single signature ability, Displacement.
